Problema

  • L'aggiornamento dei grafici thinkcell richiede molto tempo e PowerPoint sembra essere molto poco reattivo dopo ogni modifica nel foglio dati interno di thinkcell.
  • ESET Smart Security versione 9 o ESET NOD32 Antivirus versione 9 è installato e Real-time file system protection è attivata: Setup > Computer protection > Real-time file system protection.

Per verificare se si è interessati da questo problema, è possibile disattivare temporaneamente Real-time file system protection. Le prestazioni di thinkcell dovrebbero tornare normali.

Soluzione

Aggiornare a una versione corrente di ESET NOD32 Antivirus o ESET Smart Security.
