问题

在 PowerPoint 或 Excel 功能区中，thinkcell 选项卡存在，但所有 thinkcell 命令都缺失。

解决方案

请按顺序尝试以下解决方案。

  1. 恢复 thinkcell 选项卡。
    1. 转到 Insert 选项卡。如果您看到 thinkcell 组，请选择 Tools 工具菜单图标 > Restore thinkcell Tab。
    2. 在 Reset thinkcell ribbon 对话框中，选择 Reset。
  2. 确保 thinkcell 加载项正在运行。
    1. 如果在 Insert 选项卡上看不到 thinkcell 组，请尝试 KB0004 中介绍的解决方案。
    2. 如果 KB0004 中的某个解决方案恢复了 Insert 选项卡上的 thinkcell 组，但问题仍然存在，请按照解决方案 1 中的说明重置 thinkcell 选项卡。

  1. 打开一个新的文件资源管理器窗口。

  2. 在地址栏中，输入 %LOCALAPPDATA%\think-cell。选择 Enter。

    或者，您可以通过浏览目录： 阅读更多 打开 think-cell 文件夹。

    完整的默认文件路径是 C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\think-cell。将 USERNAME 替换为您的用户名。

    如果您找不到此文件夹，它可能被隐藏了。如需显示隐藏的项目，请在“文件资源管理器”中选择以下选项之一：

    • Windows 7：组织 > 文件夹和搜索选项 > 查看 > 显示隐藏的文件和文件夹
    • Windows 8、Windows 8.1 和 Windows 10：查看 > 显示/隐藏 > 隐藏的项目
    • Windows 11：查看 > 显示/隐藏 > 隐藏的项目

  3. 将 think-cell 文件夹中所有以 log 结尾的文件发送至 我们的支持团队。这些文件可能包括以下任何内容：
